Silicone roof restoration in Dallas–Fort Worth Seal it. Brighten it. Keep it.

Every roof system we sell comes with a full labor-and-material warranty backed by the manufacturer.

When the roof underneath is still sound, fluid-applied silicone restoration seals seams and details and renews the surface without a tear-off. It is not paint; it is a manufacturer-warranted roof system. See all options on our roof restoration page.

Why silicone for North Texas roofs.

Silicone stands up to ponding water and strong sun, which is why it is our usual choice on low-slope roofs that hold water after DFW storms.

How it works.

  1. Inspect. Aerial and on-roof documentation.
  2. Recommend. A written spec: repair, restore, or replace.
  3. Repair and prep. Wet material out, seams and details fixed.
  4. Apply. Silicone to the manufacturer’s spec.
  5. Maintain. Stay on schedule with ArmorCare® maintenance.
