How often are ArmorCare inspections scheduled?

The standard program provides two comprehensive inspections each year. The term, included maintenance, and any additional visits are set out in your written agreement.

What if an inspection finds a larger repair?

We document the concern and explain the recommended work. Your ArmorCare agreement defines the included maintenance; additional repair work is scoped and priced for your review and authorization.

Does maintenance replace the owner’s responsibilities?

No. Owners continue routine upkeep between visits, maintain rooftop equipment and drainage, report leaks promptly, and coordinate work that could affect the roof.
