Do you water-test your repairs?

Controlled water testing is part of our repair verification process where appropriate for the roof, repair, and site conditions. It helps us check the treated area before the next rain. We explain what was tested and any remaining concerns; a local test is not a guarantee for every part of the roof.

What roof systems do you repair?

We work with commercial metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofs. The repair method depends on the existing system and the condition we find.

Does one leak mean the whole roof needs replacing?

A leak alone does not establish that the roof needs replacement. We assess the failure points and overall condition before recommending repair, restoration, or replacement.
