01 / THE CHALLENGE
Leaks in the aged R-panel metal roofs were disrupting a busy office and warehouse center. With the property operating six days a week and service vehicles moving throughout, shutting down was not a practical option.

Ramtech evaluated the roofs, repaired active leaks, reinforced the metal details, and prepared the existing surfaces. A high-solids silicone membrane was installed, with coverage checked throughout the work.
