Finding the leaks on a skylight roof.

Long skylight runs on a metal roof mean a lot of joints that can leak. Our inspection found open flashing, failed sealant, rust and backed-out fasteners. We cleaned the roof, repaired those details, and water-tested the skylights to confirm the leaks were stopped.
