01 / THE CHALLENGE
The industrial facility’s aged PVC roofs had developed significant leaks. Replacing them would have introduced substantial disruption to a busy plant with daily people and vehicle traffic.
02 / THE RAMTECH APPROACH
Ramtech evaluated the existing roofs and identified them as suitable restoration candidates. High-solids silicone restoration provided a reflective roof system while allowing the facility to remain operational.
03 / THE RESULT
As completed roofs became watertight, the customer expanded the scope. The finished restoration covered more than 290,000 square feet, with a 20-year manufacturer labor-and-material warranty.
